Based on the agreement signed on November, 2008, TEAM will train & accredit local consultants on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Impact-Oriented project management in projects funded by IFAD, FAO, EU, and The African Development Bank in Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Sudan, Djibouti & Somalia, and will provide consulting services.

Furthermore, it will develop both learning & knowledge database and relationship network among M&E professionals, specialists and all those concerned bodies, besides a virtual network including database of trainers, relevant best practice examples and documents that contributes to the learning network.

TEAM negotiating group was led by our Managing Director Eng. Ali Shaath in the presence of Dr. Brauno Schweler, representative of InWent and Dr. Nedal Al-Jayousi, the Regional Programme Coordinator.
