As Jeddah Governorate believed that any changes to be incurred in its human resource to meet the new global & local challenges, changes has to be done through certain competencies needed to change the skills, knowledge & attitudes of its manpower.

Besides designing the competency framework for the governorate, it was imperative to develop training modules for the seven competencies and for each level in the managerial hierarchy. Consequently, Team developed 28 training programs, seven addressed to each managerial level depending on the authorities & responsibilities of each level.
