TEAM carried out this study through a multidisciplinary group of experts performing four main tasks encompassing the following:

a.   Formulate a ten years strategy in vocational development & rehabilitation activities at SDC.

b.   Full assessment of the First Step Training Program.

c.   Establishing a Career Counseling Section.

d.   Supervise operating and managing the First Step Training program·&. Career Counseling Section.
