• TEAM sends periodicals through email, which consist of new information about the organization or an invitation for registration. The Information Technology Department reviews these messages and draft and arrange them in a way so as not to cause any inconvenience to the addressee by an integrated system called the Customer Relation Management (CRM). The addressee can control receiving or stop receiving these messages. These messages consist of a clickable link (un-subscribe link) which automatically stop sending these messages if these messages are undesirable.

• TEAM is committed not to send annoying messages (SPAM) or use the mailing groups in marketing, as this violates others' privacy and annoys them and causes waste of time and money. We recommend all internet users not to violate others privacy, this not only our site's demand but also all the others'.
